Tires were not checked. There was no warning about their condition. Completely bald with no tread. My whole family slide all over the road during a terrible storm. We had no control over the vehicle. Dealership was called and there has been NO COMMUNICATION! NO APOLOGY! I will never go back!!! Service department is a sham.
